A refined, essential project that reinterprets Mediterranean tradition through a minimal, almost Nordic-Danish sensibility. Set entirely on a single level at ground floor, the apartment accommodates up to three guests across two carefully designed bedrooms. The layout flows naturally from one space to the next: the open-plan living area with kitchen forms the heart of the home, designed for shared moments and relaxation, while the bathroom and compact laundry area complete the functionality of the space. Outside, a small private terrace offers a quiet and secluded corner, perfect for slow breakfasts, afternoon reading, or warm summer evenings immersed in the calm of the old town.
